Delivery Information –

Since this product is shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate.
We try our best to deliver as per the delivery date selected but cannot always be guaranteed.
Our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package.
The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address. All courier orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse. Soon after the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that will help you trace your gift.

Care Instructions –

Keep your Rakhi separately so the threads don’t get entangled.
To avoid your Rakhi from accumulating dust, keep it in a closed box till it is ready to be tied.
Upon receiving the sweets, they are ready to eat.

At this time we ship to the UK and India.

All prices on our site are INR and Pound. Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.

Your order will arrive 4-7 days after the order is placed.

When ordering outside the United Kingdom, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Import taxes, customs duties, and fees may be imposed on the recipient of an overseas shipment once it arrives in the recipient’s country. The recipient is responsible for any additional customs clearance fees. Ultimate Direction has no control over these charges, nor can Ultimate Direction predict what they may be.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. So a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

Provide a phone number where customs can reach you when your product arrives. This phone number will be included on the commercial invoice so that customs can contact you in order to clear your order.
Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before returning it to the sender.
We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
