Refund policy
Remote Area Deliveries :
We try our best to get your Gifts Delivered but if :
- The address of the delivery is in a remote area.
- The Order is to be delivered on the same day the order is placed.
If we are not able to fulfill your order due to any of the above reasons, Our Customer Team Will Contact You and will provide you with a Gift Voucher for the same amount of your order with a validity of 365 Days instead of a Full Refund
The Final Decision for the same will be taken by the management.
Can I replace an item?
There are no replacements allowed as the products are perishable. In case of damaged, wrong product, missing or bad quality products, you can ask for a replacement, which will be done within 24 hours.
Can I return an item?
There are no returns allowed as the products are perishable. However, in case of damaged, wrong product, missing or bad quality products please, reach out to us at +91 9069233330 or write to us at giftsdestination1@gmail.com and we will provide the most appropriate solution by redelivering or compensating for the error by refunding or issuing a gifts destination gift voucher which you can use on gifts destination for a period of up to 6 months. In either case, we will process the refund or issue the gift voucher (GV) within 24 hours.
Gifts Destination is NOT liable to compensate in any form for any order in the following cases:
- If the complaint is made after 48 hours of the delivery time.
- If the products are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender
- Unsuccessful delivery due to the recipient not being available at the address provided by the sender at the time of delivery
- If the recipient refuses to accept the product
How will I get to know about the refund or the gift voucher?
As soon as we process your refund or issue you a Gift Voucher, you will receive an email from us informing you of the same. After that, the refund amount will reflect in your account as per the standard interbank transaction timelines.
